1. Booking & Payment Policy

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives. A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the trip.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation 30 days before trip date: Full refund minus service charges.
• Cancellation 15–29 days before trip: 50% refund.
• Cancellation within 14 days: No refund applicable.

Refunds will be Credited within 7–10 business days.

3. Health & Safety Guidelines

Guests are responsible for managing their own health while traveling. We advise carrying your personal medicines and informing us of any pre-existing conditions in advance.

4. Change of Itinerary

ssranatour.com reserves the right to modify itineraries due to bad weather, political issues, or operational constraints. Any such changes will be informed in advance.

6. Liability Disclaimer

ssranatour.com acts solely as an intermediary between the client and services such as hotels, cabs, and airlines. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed under the jurisdiction of the local courts of India, where the company is registered.
