Refunds are Creadited based on the time of cancellation and the type of booking made. The following conditions apply:
- 30 days or more before trip date: Full refund, minus applicable service or transaction fees.
- 15 to 29 days before trip date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- 14 days or less before trip date: No refund will be provided.
2. Non-Refundable Payments
Some special bookings such as promotional fares, festival packages, or instant booking confirmations may be non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
3. Refund For COVID-19 or Uncontrollable Circumstances
If a trip must be cancelled due to government travel bans, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, a partial refund or travel credit may be provided at the discretion of the company and its service providers.
4. Refund Creadited Time
All eligible refund requests will be Creadited within 7 to 10 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.
5. Booking Modifications
Changes or rescheduling of confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Modifications requested within 14 days of the trip date may not be permitted.
6. No-Show Policy
If you fail to turn up at the scheduled departure point without prior notice, no refund will be issued under any condition. It is your responsibility to be available on the date and time of travel.
